Christmas Message 2025

As we head towards the end of the year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect and say thank you.

It’s no secret that 2025 has been a challenging year for many of our customers and for the industry as a whole. Rising costs, uncertainty and constant change have tested a lot of businesses. Through it all, we’ve been reminded just how resilient and supportive this community really is.

Alongside those challenges, there have also been some real positives that we’re incredibly proud of. From our national award wins, to our continued work with Vertu Motor Group, our growing involvement with DEEP, and our new partnership with Darlington College to support the next generation of electricians. Each of these moments reflects the people, relationships and values that sit at the heart of TEP.

To our customers, suppliers and partners, thank you for your continued trust and support this year. And to our team, thank you for the care, consistency and commitment you bring every single day.

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with optimism, fresh energy and a continued focus on doing things properly, supporting our customers, and helping more businesses take practical steps towards a more sustainable future.
